I got this card to help with my credit ( I had medical bills that made my credit score low) I used the card a few months getting late charges and the payments were sent every month on time, then in September 2008 my wallet was stolen, I called my bank and Salute, I received a new bank card the next day but when I didn't hear anything from Salute I called, here they left it open someone used it several times and I told them again what happened and they said Oh Well it wasn't there problem, so they then closed the account transferred the balance from the fraudulent charges and started sending me a bill in the new account number. I wrote to them, called them, emailed them and I just can't get them to listen I filled out paperwork that they sent me showing that charges were not mine and still Nothing...... I don't know what else to do, they even called my references and told them all of my personal business which is against the privacy law, this has been a nightmare I just want someone to do something, THEY ARE RIPOFF AND YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT ANY OF THEM ARE SAYING , NONE CAN SPEAK ENGLISH.
