I received a letter from Salute Visa informing me that the card program has been discontinued and that i will still be responsible for any balance owed...no problem...my problem is they are charging a monthly maintainance fee on an account that I will no longer be able to use.......i called to talk to them about it and got nowhere.....the first person i talked with..i got nowhere so i asked to speak with a supervisor...after being put on hold for 30 minutes.....a person named Ramone answered..identified hisself as a supervisor....i said about 3 words and was transferred to a "Tire One" company......this lady i talked to was RUDE...i was explaining to her that i had no problem paying the money that i owed but i don't understand why i should still have to pay a maintainance fee.....we went back and forth for about 20 minutes so finally i asked for an arbitration.....according to her they dont have an arbitration process....thats total bull.....i've researched and EVERY company offers the process.....Like I've stated...I have no problem paying what I owe...but a monthly fee on something I'm not using....to me its like paying rent on a house you no longer live in........
