I would like to add that many customers of the Spring Hill Salvation Army Thrift Store have phoned, emailed, and written letters of complaint on numerous occasions to the Majors at the corporate offices in Tampa, Florida and also the Salvation Headquarters in Alexanderia, Virginia.
