 Sam Hallimond is a man who after losing his child to Social Services removed himself to Spain and now purports to be a legal advocate, helping families in need.  Unfortunately, for all his bluster SH is in all probability a con-man who gives desperate people hope and then fleeces monies from them.  This is a warning to all those who maybe considering using the so-called advocate Sam Hallimond and Freedom Law international.

 Many people are unaware of the issue of Forced Adoption in the UK (and elsewhere) and I will not go into too much detail here but would urge those interested to conduct their own research.  The crux of it is that many families are being torn apart by the British State, with as you can all imagine much hurt and anguish caused in the process.   For all the families affected by this, hope for redress and systemic change is paramount.   So step forward 'Freedom Advocacy and Law' -  Sam Hallimond and James Moore and the celebrated  'Class Action Suit' at the International Court of Justice @ the Hague.  Read about the class action suit in their own words http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=61056105188&topic=15170.

The Real Fathers for Justice campaign group reported on it -

'The claimants hope the action will lead to greater transparency and accountability in the family court system, as well as the possibility of being reunited with the children they believe have been taken unfairly.More than 100 families have now signed up to the claim, which will be lodged on July 1 at the International Criminal Court at The Hague, where political leaders are tried for genocide'.

Many families have lost monies not only with the fraudulent class action but also in individual cases.

One customer in Spain was taken for thousands of Euro's when Mr Hallimond again promised to take a case to the Hague, but did not do so - not only did he lose money but the case was ruined and can now no longer be listed.

Another customer had their lap-top stolen by Sam Hallimond (and monies)

Yet another customer flew Sam Hallimond over from Spain to help in her daughters case, paid monies, put him up in her home - but again he did nothing, he did not even go into court - sadly the daughter lost her child

You may ask yourself why do people believe his lies, the answer is that he fakes references:
