Sam King Samuel Wendy King, Wendy King, Global Investment Partners, Atlantic Investment Capital, First Financial Services Fraud linked to Empower Capital Inc Steubenville, Ohio

My associates and I have been digging and digging and digging and discovered that Samuel Wendy King aka: Sam King and husband of Gloria F. King of Stuebenville, OH is linked to Empower Capital, Inc. and Seymoure Kern, First Financial Services, Atlantic Investment Capital, and Global Investment Partners, among others (LinkedIn).  Beware!  He claims he has sources to raise capital for real estate projects and other projects well over $100 million and has never produced proof of any of it.  His M-O is to use aliases to get you send money and/or your proprietary information then he simply stalls week after week, month after month with zero results, doing God knows what with your sensitive information.  After being exposed, Sam made several vale threats and as with each of the scams we've found him to be linked to, continues to use various aliases and unverifiable e-mail addresses to thwart off any direct questions.  He is quick to tell you that you are the problem and he is the saint and that his "attorney," though baseless in his accusations, or his personal goons will be in touch (yawn).  He is in his mid-60's but insists on thinking he can outsmart technology (like us running his IP address and those of e-mails received from his associates only to find that all originate from him!)  FYI: Getting a physical address to provide to a process server is challenging, so.. best of luck.  We found a court case and spoke to the attorney that represented Sam King back in 2000 and he told us that he continues to receive calls about this guy and various ongoing scams.  Here's some extra's: 1) http://statecasefiles.justia.com/documents/ohio/seventh-district-court-of-appeals/2000-ohio-2611.pdf 2) http://www.programcritique.com/subcategories/RealEstateOpp/SamKingEmpowerCapitol.html
