Sam Pena Has not paid me for a Internet disaster that he caused Pasadena, Texas

This person convinced my customer that the conduit I had installed, over three years ago, was not adequate.  He then had his contractors bury the conduit, which I would never had allowed. His incompetent electrician then proceeded to reconnect  the Cat-5 cables with Wire Nuts, which is not allowed in the computer world, and one of the connections was of so poor quality that it failed after 5 months.  It took me three days to diagnose the problem, and another 1/2 day to repair it.

I have no idea what he charged MY computer customer for this "unnecessary repair".  I am aware of several instances where he has inflated bills to MY Customer.  He is associated with GC Construction.
