It seems that Anyone with the right Information they Steal Can Open an Account using Your information With Sam's Club. They Can Call you and Harass you over an application You did not fill out or ask for. They can Call as Much as they want, without Regard for the Law. Do these idiots Know what Identity theft is? It is when someone uses all of your information to obtain credit or services without your knowledge or Permission. That amounts to larceny and Breaking and entering without a warrant and No day in Court or an Attorney to defend you, your position or your identity.
America Wake up we are all slowly becoming non-persons. The laws need to be reinforced and the Crooks brought to justice With your good name and Credit Restored.
