Samsung Customer Service Poor customer service Internet
Sumsung Customer Service requested extensive information as to my Plasma 50" Television. After weeks of waiting and many follow-up emails Customer Service made no effort to either address the issue or even to return my inquires. Had been elevated to the Executive level. Heavy Samsung user here and will no longer support Samsung products. Please note that their Plasma TV's are experiencing high failure rates an class action suits have been filed for several of their models.
