Had the insurance too. 14 month old phone .on of switch faulty. cost me $200 with insurance to replace it . what a scam. the phone only cost me $225 new! Insurance did't cover sufficiantly. Seems too be a scam more than a valid policy. Careful. Don't recommend this phone due to faulty or poor switch mechanism.
