I sent my Samsung galaxy mega phone ( which was still under warranty ) to be repaired on mid Jan When I made the order I gave Samsung my shipping address which was different from my billing address and I made sure the friendly Guy at Samsung knew about it and he confirmed my shipping address and created a ticket which was emailed to me showing the return address of my item as my desired shipping address. After about 2 weeks i got an email saying i have been billed as the item has been delivered. I check my email that has a link to Ups tracking no and it says they left it at the itemfront door of my old residence and sure enough somebody has snatched that baby. So ever since then i have been calling Samsung and all i am hearing is oops in a more diplomatic manner and then they yeah we can't do anything at this moment just give us a moment till the phone magically appears or we are trying to have UPS pay for it... When u zoom out you could see how Samsung is incompetent in dealing with a mistake they made and how easily they ripp you off your hard earned money and mostly your piece of mind

It took a while but Samsung responded positively to my problem and properly apologized and told me they had to wait for investigation to confirm and give me a proper response but they admitted that their customers come first so give them time and they will respond definitely...don't panic !
