After waiting 3 months for monitor rebate, received a postcard saying UPC codes were not sent in. I still have the original box with UPC 's cut out. Can't send what I don't have. Talked with representative with no satisfaction. Don't buy Samsung if there is a rebate involved.

I work in the monitor rebate department at Samsung. I read your rebate issue and would like to assist in getting your claim processed. Samsung tries to correct any mistakes that may have occurred and makes every effort to process any and all valid rebate claims.
