Samsung rewards (or claims to) the people who sale their products with their Samsung Partners Rewards Program. Many of us sales people depend on this reward as our only income for selling the Samsung Printers.
Samsung has not paid anyone since late November and seemingly will not! They have placed a pop-up on their rewards site that says that they intend to make good on the rebates and rewards, but so far they have not done anything as far as any of us sales people know.They used what must have been a disreputable rebate processing company who filed bankruptcy right at the Christmas season!! So Samsung is punishing their own sales force by not sending the rewards that have already been approved!! As a result Christmas was dismal for many of the children of us who sale Samsung.
The same applies to those customers who are owed rebates!! Samsung is not only hurting those of us that sale their products, but their customers as well.
Many other companies such as Canon, New Egg and Home Depot also used the same rebate company, but most of them have already taken care of thier customers!!
Samsung seems to have a problem managing their company! How can a company as big as Samsung have total disregard for their customers and those who sale their products? It seems that the people at the top do not have any concern about this situation at all because this thing has dragged on for too long.
You may want to rethink the idea of purchasing equipment from a company that does not honor it's own offers. After all if they can't get something as simple as this resolved how do they handle warranties and such?
If you are in printer sales or know anyone who is please make them aware of Samsungs inability to make good on promises. Samsung is a brand that you may want to avoid.
