Samsung Sold Me A Faulty Refrigerator Internet

I started to look at the consumer experiences of others with Samsung refrigerators and found many persons with similar problems on the consumeraffairs.com site and a site titled Samsung Class Action Suit with over 100 complaints of refrigeration coils freezing up on these products. Reading through these complaints a common thread seems to be a reluctance by Samsung to admit that a problem exists, or to provide remedy for the problem.
As a first step I will contact Samsung's customer service, gauge, record, and report their response to the problem. In the meantime our family's food is nice and cool in the spare 16 year old Hotpoint refrigerator that we have, which as of this time has required no service calls.
