I ordered hair that came to a total of $402 and then after waiting over a month for a confirmation email which I never got I had to call OVER 5 times to tell them that I want to cancel my order before they eventually decided to send it out. After finally telling one of the reps, which might I add had a horrible attitude problem, I still never recieved any confirmation on my order and they had already taken the money out of my account. So I had to basically harass them to get them to answer me they TOLD ME to call paypal and file a dispute so that I can get my money back. Why do I have to call the company they use to get my money back when it's their job, but anyway I did it because I want my money back and then of course I wasn't able to get it because I wasn't the one in charge of the account, go figure. So I eventually got fed up and flied a dispute with my bank and now TIL THIS EXACT DAY am still waiting for them to confirm it so I can receive my money back and I have called them and emailed them many times so that they would release my money and they still haven't done it. This company just doesn't seem to care how they treat their customers.

I have experienced the same thing and also have been blocked from their Instagram just by saying, "I have sent several emails and still have gotten no response." I also bought it for my 30th birthday which was on September 9th. Major disappointment :(

Contact better businesses bureau

Hey ladies! I posted my message yesterday of how they have poor customer service and basically scam people. I called at least 10 times and emailed at least 8 times. I don't care how busy they are, if they want to be successful then they should hire people to help them better assist their customers.  I am beyond upset and have contacted better businesses bureau about them and I think you should do the same. The hair isn't cheap but the customer service is and I think we should take all possible actions so they do not get away with this. I am from the Philadelphia area so I will contact whoever possible to get it out that this company is a huge scam. My frustrations and anger makes me eager to take all actions to stop or force them to better accommodate their customers. But file your complaints to end and help others from going through this.

I too am going through the same thing.I purchased hair from them on August 25Th. When emailing them about my order a few days later on how long it would take to get tracking information I got no response. I did follow them on their "Instagram" account and noticed that the owner was answering questions. I commented and stated that I had sent an email regarding my purchased she responsed by saying "please resubmit". I did and commented back saying the email was resent. Well I checked back to see if she responsed by saying thank you and noticded that I was then "BLOCKED" by her!!! I am completely pissed and ANGRY.I purchased hair from them because my 30th birthday is September 7th which is a big deal.I only sent an email asking a simple question and this is the response I get.They are COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE.They had no problem debiting my account and taking my money but when you try and call them or email them you get no response. Now my 7-10 isnt up yet however I feel like I am getting ripped off because I have no communication with them what so ever.This is cool and I will take action!!!
