Please do your homework and stay far, far away from this pool builder. He will look you in the eye and lie to your face regarding what he can deliver. Have been waiting over 7 months for him to build me a pool and am left with a half complete project. Filed with the BBB and he never bothered to respond. If you decide to hire him please hold money back as it will cost you more than you hoped to save to have another company finish the job that he will not complete. Currently owes over $200K to the IRS in unpaid federal income taxes. Look him up on the Williamson County webpage and BBB.

Was finally able to get my project completed by hiring other subcontractors and managing the project myself. During this time Mr. Acosta agreed to refund a portion of money that I had paid him however he has now disappeared again without returning the money. Since my original post I have been contacted by two other home owners that hired him and have had issues. Please do NOT hire this person or company.
