Once their mother was released from jail and I had a full time job with safe housing I should of got the kids back. NOPE!!! Not approved. My landlords are former foster parents and that's not good enough??? Their mother has been going to classes 4 days a week and made full progress, her reward was one of her visit days taken away. I drove countless hours to see my children while they were on vacation and my reward was driving 886 miles to see them for 3 hours when I was supposed to get them the whole day.
Now they wanted me to see a counselor and go to parenting classes to get my children. They were supposed to set all of them up and pay for it. It is 6 months later and no parenting classes yet and had to go to the state level to get the counseling started. Now my children's mom has never abused drugs and has numerous reports by professionals saying so. But in Judith's opinion (who was an english major in college) she needs in patient rehab.
I am wondering what is next with this woman and I assure you that there is so much more crap this woman has pulled that I don't feel comfortable mentioning here. If my children are not returned in a timely manner I will start a class action lawsuit benifiting my children and all those families that Judith has ruined. Who is with me???!!! Let's stop this corrupt behavior by getting CFS shut down and a new reformed organization put in it's place.
I NEED 100,000 SHARES TO GET THE BIG WIG'S ATTENTION! IF YOU WANT TO SAVE FAMILIES AND STOP THESE KIDNAPPERS!!!!!!! YOUR KIDS MAY BE NEXT SO LETS STOP THEM! PUT THIS ON FACEBOOK, SHARE THROUGH E-MAIL. YOU SUPPORT CANCER AND PASS ON CHAINS FOR THAT, THIS IS A CANCER OF THIS COUNTRY!!!

I wonder how long it will take for them to stop laughing.
" My children are now in the custody of SanBernardino County CFS, more accurate held hostage by their kidnapper Judith."
That is a Federal crime, is the FBI investigating your complaint?
Wow, Mom in jail a spouse needing parenting classes.
Dad is a private law enforcement officer, in other words, "Rent a Cop."
The ONLY ones I have any sympathy for are the kids, they don't have a chance.

What if he circled back, getting by her and back into the house with your kids, leaving her in the dust, or suddenly sobered up enough to figure, Hey, I can take her out, and does something to her, leaving them abandoned to whatever?
What she did was incredibly dangerous, unless another adult was watching the kids while she played vigilante. I can understand wanting to lynch an intruder. I'd want to too, but proper judgment in that situation dictates you stay at home, call and wait for the cops. Her judgment was obviously brought into question based on her actions.
And this unfortunately is the kind of stuff kids end up at risk for when their parents divorce and end up a continent away from one another.
You work law enforcement? That sounds like a portable career choice. Maybe for your kids' sake y'all ought to relocate to California so you're in a position to take up for them when crap like this happens.
If the kids, as we write now, are still in county custody, then I'd suspect there's more to the story, and you, regardless of work situation, need to haul butt out there and get involved face to face.

The very fact that you were not in a position to take your own kids out of state care for at least a month, indicates they had reason to make you jump through certain hoops to get them awarded to you, especially since the kids would be getting sent out of their jurisdiction and ability to supervise or follow up.
And what exactly qualifies as a "minor incident" to you? And what do your landlords have to do with anything? California is not looking to award THEM custody. And having been foster parents means nothing. A lot of monsters have been foster parents. Why aren't they CURRENTLY fostering kids?
On whose say-so is their mother doing what she has to do? What "professionals"?
