Total Merchant Services / Global Merchant Services, Sandy Simpson sells credit merchant services. She misrepresented a $199 fee she collected from me as a payment to lower the interest. Sandy Simpson cloaked herself in pseudo-religiosity which lulled me into a stupor of co-operation. She represented herself as setting me up with a credit card merchant that would save me money. She told me to send her $199 and guaranteed that she would get me a better deal. She hooked me up with Total Merchant Services, also trading as Global Merchant Services, a company that has so many hidden fees, that I paid 20% more in fees than the previous service I used through my bank. My bank is controlled by law to represent their services honestly. No such laws exist for the merchant account. They misrepresent themselves on their website, stating that they will undercut other companies fees. When I complained about the high, hidden fees, they hd no interest in lowering their fees.
The merchant card service did not care that their representative, Sandy Simpson misrepresented the fee that she charged me, They are only interested in milking the person who is stupid enough to fall prey to them.

Hello Everyone,
I am writing this because DR. and Ordained Minister, Sandy Simpson, truly known as Swandria Simpson, operating a business called: SolutionsOneGlobal located here:

has not only done this as mentioned in this report, she also has a string of judgments against her for various issues. She has taken large sums of money from Terrell Arnold, Jeff Roe, and another party. This is not the first time she's been in issue with people, apparently, and the nine judgments listed here should shed some light on her.
Here is some very interesting information regarding Sandy Simpson, whose real name is Swandria Simpson. Looks like you are not the only one who has something against her. Read the nine judgments she has had against her in recent times. Each of the nine court cases are numbered with a period after each number.

Based on these facts, the FBI complaints filed on her, and based on the fact that she also ripped off a business for reseller fees, and didn't send the amounts of money that were owed, people should really look at this woman in a much different light. Being a motivational speaker, supposed ordained minister, and supposed doctor, leaves me to speculate. We found information on her, but not until we did the proper job of finding her real name. and any other websites she may be listed on or that she owns. Swandria has over charged people for services, products, and misrepresented most of the products she sold. When confronted about this, she got angry, and tried laying the blame on her clients, service providers, and everything and everyone else, except for her. Accomplishments mean nothing if you're taking advantage of everyone you do business with, and we're sure that this is not the entire background, but a very very good start, to show whom this woman truly is.

While it is true that Sandy's email described the $199 as a set up fee, her VERBAL assurance was that IF I paid the fee, then I would be saving money in the long run - insuring the terminal, getting free supplies AMD GETTING LOWER RATES - ALL OF THOSE THINGS WERE OFFERED BY THE CARD SERVICE WITHOUT HER INTERVENTION - I got suckered into believing I was getting SOMETHING for the $199. She got my money - I GOT NOTHING!!!!!!!
The part that I found the most egregious was that she cloaks herself in religiosity - she has "inspirational" messages on her voicemail that now make me want to puke. When I confronted her with my concerns about being ripped off - she shouted me down! She was nasty! This woman needs to be avoided at all costs! Doing business with her was the stupidest mistake I have made in my business life.
