Sanford brown college Total liars and major thieves West allis, Wisconsin

I atteneded Sandord brown in 2009 - 2010! When i went to talk to the advisor she gave me the tour, showed me the classrooms and emphisized about me just needing 35 for the tuition fee and i would be set to start the following semester! Did my Fasfa paper work without having any assisntance, or understanding on exactly what i was signing! Had no clue i was signing up for a 3rd party loan!! A week before graduation one of our proffesors sat us down to show us a website.

 He said name any college out here, every one said SBC, he type it in the site and up pops the self accredited credentials to the school! He then says name another college! We said Marquett UNiversity and the credentials to that school made our jaws drop! We then mentioned MATC which is a community college, to find out that they are accredited by the same people as Marquet! We then thru names like Everest, milwaukee carrer college, and a bunch more that get advertised in commercials to find they were accredited by the same phonies as SBC!

This was a red flag for all of us so we started researching! We asked fellow students about their educational background to come and find out that alot had not even graduated high schoo!! I ask my younger sister, who never graduated high school, to call the school and set up a tour! She did and as tHe advisor gave her the tour, my sister constantly mentioned the fact that she never graduated high school, and the advisor promised her that as long as she paid h the 45 dollar tuition that there would be no problem!!

So after this all this our fears about this school exploded! We were all very upset that the school 1. Misslead everyone of us , 2. Hid information from us to fabricate the schools bad rep 3. Had over 20 high school drop outs in the college 4.ripped us all off for ovee 15k eachThe career advisor looked for jobs on craigslist.com and reposted them on out help wanted add! All the jobs they posted were for security starting at no more than 8 dollars an hr.

After graduation it seemed impossible to get a job in my chosen career field because as soon as they seen the name Sanford Brown on my diploma i was immediatly turned down because of the schools rep! A yr and a half later, im working at a dillar store makig 7.50 and hr and working pt over nght as security making 8 dollars an hr! Oh thats not even the best part, i get a letter in the mail from Sanford Brown statiog THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF OUR MEDICAL ASSISTANT PROGRAM, my degree was in criminal justice !!! We need some justice these are big time scams who hide behind real lenders to cover up their fraud!!

Ill be in debt for the rest of my life thanks to this school! Advise to anyone trying to better themselves, do ur research an if something seems too good to be true it most likely is! Go to a 4 yr college! dont look for a faster way to improve ur future by falling into these scams!! Im not paying a penny to these schools or wells fargo because they funded a phonie college all to get my money! I rather be in debt that pay for somethig i didnt get! Hope fully all of them get caught and we all get our money back!!
