Santa Clara County comes and assesses additional 400K , claiming its worth that much more. Well the Santa Clara County did not give a interest free loan, its my hard earned money, nor they are providing extra services because now its a new home.
The actual cost was $350K slapped 400K as an additional property taxes- where is the justice here.
