Santa Fe Mac Ari Kalminson Has not paid for computers sold to them Santa Fe, New Mexico

During the month of June 2011, it was confirmed by both City and State agencies that Santa Fe Mac and the operations business address at 439C West San Francisco St., Santa Fe NM is/are not a licensed business, nor had applied for such, nor was identified with a company Tax ID.  Working with the City of Santa Fe Code Enforcement agencies, his operation(s) were served a notice to comply.  As of today, July 1, 2011, they have forced him to obtain a building inspection by the Fire Marshall and now are awaiting him to make his final business license application, and obtain a proper Tax ID.  Ironically, however, Mr. Kalminson is now using a different company name for such process ---- "ART, What Is The Bottom Line" !?

And, since "his claim" of payment of $1000.00 owed would be done by June 30, 2011, to which it has not, I called and asked for payment. His response was "he will only pay if reports are removed from this site and others".  Obviously, his manipulation and deception continues.

The comments from Ari Kalminson are most concerning, and only extend his business liabilities.  He can be excused for ignorance of fraudulent and/of deceitful practices, but he will not be removed of such responsibility. Now, he has added deformation of character to his poor business acumen, with such claims of bankruptcy of this customer, to which are totally false.  The only germane claim here is that of New Mexico Mac and Mr. Ari Kalminson's negligence in paying for goods purchased, as promised.  A copy of such is shown below:

As per say to our original agreement Mr. Don Rittgers will receive full payment for the computers he consigned to Santa Fe Mac before he returns to Santa Fe in July 2011.  I had suggested that I might send the funds earlier, though have not yet done so.  There was not a formal agreement to send the monies and does not constitute any form of negligence or fraud.  

The possibility of early payment does not preclude the agreement made.

I am sorry that Don is having financial difficulties associated with his business going bankrupt, though this is not the responsibility of Santa Fe Mac.
