It was too good to be believed. I called the foreign operation manager, Mr. Anthonia Bravo of Santa Lucia Security at number 01134-627-134-127, right way. He instructed me to fill out the lottery payment processing form and fax it to 01134-655-172-163. I thought it could be a scam, but still could not resist possibility of big money. I went to internet by typing the keyword, Loteria Primitiva. I did see many pages in Spanish. It looks a real lottery name. I was starting to believe it could be true. I was so excited. So, I faxed the form with my name, BOD, address and phone number on it. I received a call from Mr. Bravo two days late. He told me he has approved the lottery payment to me. For the payment process, I need fax a copy of my driver's license or identification with $1,968 to the following address for a tax payment to Spanish Government. But the address doesn't like a government office at all.

I asked him why you don't simply deduct the money from my wining. He said they can not touch the money before I receive it. He also said $1,968 is not so much for you.
Sensing some thing strange, I decided to do more search. I went to Google and type the keyword, Santa Lucia Security Company. Thanks god I found an article, http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff137266.htm, right away. I finally wake up from dream. Thanks to rifoffreport.com and every one. I am lucky that I did not spend much time and money to deal with such bad people.
I hope those crime can be stopped and the bad people will be punished. I hope my store can help people from falling into the trap.
The incident told me again that nothing is free. If something come to easy, don't believe it at first.
