Santa Lucia Security Company S.A ripoff Madrid Other

I received a letter on July 18th, 2005 and was told that I had won $615,810.00 from the Spanish Sweepstake Lottery, I was asked to fill out a Lottery Payment Form with my bank info so that the funds could be transfered I did this, it said to contact my agent Roberto Pablo with the reference number and batch number I did this also, I thought it was a miracle, I started to doubt this though after not hearing anything back until this very morning when the phone rang at 6:30am, This man said his name was Luis Rouche and was handling my account for Roberto because he was on vacation, he confirmed my bank info and asked me to call him back in 2 hours time, I did so.

When I called him back he then told me he needed $1,870.00 to be western unioned to a man named Dave Reis at #7 Cadiz Street, Madrid Spain but to call him first with the western union transfer number, etc. My hopes were dashed as my fear this was for sure a scam, I then went on line and found this website when I put in the bogus company name, Thank Goodnes for the people who have reported this rip off.
