Factually Santander steals people money.
Santander targets certain ethnic groups for action as it is perceived that darker-skinned people are not able to understand the intricacies of loan documents. Santander as wells fargo and B of A have amply demonstrated leverage this supposed ignorance into creating higher profit loans, and by changing contractual obligations to their favor.
Santander is as measured by asset value Spains largest bank, in fact recently such is the measure of difficulty of the Spanish banking system that Santander borrowed by far the largest amount from the ECB (European Central Bank) in order to remain solvent. (The upcoming Basel III regulations will also directly affect the banks soon)
Santander has been on a tear, buying up the auto-loan portfolios of HSBC, Citi, and some smaller banks. Santander has also created profit centers by charging exorbitant fees even when all a person wants to do is pay their bill!
Santander's CEO was found guilty of committing fraud, and is in the process of attempting to have that finding overturned.
Santander was also caught in England of selling the wrong financial product to the wrong clients based on how such products are sold as to "Risk_profile."
Santander has been voted: "Worst Bank" in Europe on successive occasions! It gained the sobriquet by repeatedly stealing peoples money. By, being impossible for people to deal with either via phone or in person. Sound familiar America?
Santander has also on tens of thousands of occasions broken the FDCPA. It is in doing this that Santander has created a huge liability for itself, and will allow people to sue them directly for breaking Federal Laws.
Also, as has happened to some of us, people at Santander have broken the law and gotten peoples cell phone numbers! If you did not give your cell phone number to Santander than they obviously broke the law in order to get your number.

Facts are facts, Santander thru American workers based primarily in call centers in the Dallas area are stealing Americans money, as well as harassing people because they have gotten away with it till now. Stop allowing the passive aggressive people at Santander harassing you, consumers have new found rights, and some established rights, place them on notice that you are aware of their illegal actions and will take appropriate actions up to and including filing suit against them if in fact they have demonstrably stolen your money or are attempting to.
