I'll give you a hint..it doesn't. You made a legal agreement to make a set payment at a certain time EVERY month. You can spend money on a lawyer all you want but they will tell you the same thing.
Bad company, they take advantage of bad credit and rip them off.
- That may very well be, but the fact is YOU let them do it. They may offer you a car at certain prices but in the end it is YOUR choice whether to accept the deal or not. While of course I don't know why you have bad credit, based on your report it seems as if your lack of judgment is a big part of the reason.
After all where in your mind did it seem like a good idea to pay over $26,000 and pay $560 a month at a very high interest rate? Do you realize if you had just saved that amount for 4-5 months you could have paid for a car outright. Would it have been a great car..no but it would have been paid for.
