Santander - Drive Financial I talk to representive on April 03,2009 to make a payment of 520.41 I made my payment and they repo my car. I've spent over 2500 getting the car restored to me. They keep harrasss The company continue to harras me for payments every payday. I've made arrangements but they contiue to call and threaten to pick up the car AGAIN!. Internet

On April 3rd I made a car payment to secure my car from being repo. The account manager Robert still put me out for repo because he indicated that I did not phone him after making the western union payment. I was given 15 days to get my car back on the 15th day I retrieved my car. The next week I was pulled over by a police officer for routine check within in the 15th days Drive Financial had taken the registration out of my name; Therefore I was given a ticket for unlawful driving a unregistered vehicle in the state of Maryland. I was given a court date and atleast $850 in tickets. I contacted them becuase according to the police to took my car I had no rights to the car. I contacted Drive and they fax a redemption letter to put in my car. I could not drive the car until I recieved the registration from them that took over two weeks to get. I was called and continue to make payments this made my situation worse. I had to pay family member back the money the help me with to get the car from repo and continue to make payments. There callers harass and use malice to get money for payment. To this day they say I'm not caught up on the payments and now they suggest I pay $780 a month for four months to catch up with repo fees, late payment fees, and back payment. I've given so much money to them and they continue to harass for more money.. I ask how can I resolved my issue to make a payment to catch me up and get back on track. I've invested to much money to lose out and I've tried to maintain the car. It never ends it appears that the amount continue to grow. They indicated to me it's an intrest only loan and my payments go to the pricipal intrest and not the loan.
