I was looking to make some kind of extra income from home. Found this ad in CareerBuilder.com. I thought this would be something I could do, and it should be okay if it's listed in CareerBuilder. Went to the website, read through the pages and thought that it should be okay because it stated "risk free" and a 60 days "money back guaranteed".

During registration, I had problems. I emailed them for help, and even though it stated that I would be contacted within 48 hours...I got a reply back within 5 minutes. Then, once I registered it took me to "members" page and was told that they would email me my password; none was sent. Read through the whole so called "program". It was not what I was looking for.

Contacted the "customer support team" via email on the same day of purchase. Requested to have my membership cancelled and my money refunded because I was not satisfied with what the program had to offer. And once again, after I emailed them...it stated that they would contact me with 48 hours. Guess what?! No response in 48 hours. I didn't hear from them for almost a week, and they only replied after I sent them a really nasty email.

Their response to my refund is that it is going to take them 60 days for them to process my request. So, in other words...I just got scammed and that I am never going to see my hard earned $97.00.

Also, if you ever go back to their website...you'll notice that they changed a couple of things.
