Goodman's Kennels sold me a puppy with Parvo.  The seller was Shawn Inman.  She uses www.puppyfind.com to sell the dogs.  She also sells under Puppy Patch and Yvonne's Toy Pups.  She is in Waskom, TX and her phone # is 903-687-2292. Her email is shawn6144@eastex.net. WWW.puppyfind.com is not a site that I trust.  I posted a bad review on Shawn to try to warn people and even sent them proof and she was able to delete the review within minutes.  I know that all of the reviews posted are by Shawn.  I can tell by what she says in them.  I bought my puppy on 7/25/09 and told her that the puppy was sick.  Check out the reviews after that! They all talk about how healthy the newly purchased puppies were.  Totally fraudulent!  Her sister is named Michelle in Shreveport, LA and she sells puppies for Shawn too.  Buyer beware!!!

I too was scammed by the same type of person in Texas.  She told me she was from Sealy, Tx and I purchased three chihuahua puppies from her in April of 2009.  I have never been able to receive my money back or the puppies.  She has now stopped communicating with me and I still have nothing.

She told me her grandma had died and she couldnt make the flight.  I have been told by three other people that purchased puppies from her she was involved in an accident.  Her stories just keep coming I was also told by her I ruined her marriage by wanting my money back and not taking the puppies.  At that point I didnt trust her and was worried on what would be shipped so I told her I just wanted a refund. 

She has several different names Terry Wines, Sarah Phillips, Emily Burgos, Leah Barlow,  and Stephanie Kernes.  I was also told by her that she was a full time groomer and sold puppies on the side with her sisters. 

Do not trust this person she will act like your long lost friend and will email all night long if need be.  She can not be trusted.  Please contact me if you have any questions (((ROR redacted)))

I feel so sorry for all who has been scammed by Sarah Phelps, I to have been scammed I sent her $1500USD, for teacup Chihuahuas AKC papered I gave her a deposit in June 2008 and she said the pups were to young to be shipped and will be shipped the first week of September, I paid her the rest of the money the day the pups were to be shipped and on the plane to Ontario Canada, and it never happened she had my money and I kept asking when are they being shipped Well I finely hear from her and the pups were shipped to me November 20th 2008, They were not the dogs I had been sent pictures of that I had been waiting all these months for I was supposed to get a female tan and white and a Blue male. But not at all I get to the airport pick the pups and I'm crying in shock I got 2 black and white with some brown spots in small patches dogs they were also long haired , non pure bred you could tell that just looking at them. I took the dogs to the vets , not just one but 3 different vets. They all go over the dogs and over the AKC paper work Sarah filled out and sent with the dogs and the dates and everything we wrong the vets said the dogs I got are much older then the date Sarah put on the AKC forms , they also found that the dogs are mixed with dachshund. Neither dog is under 20 pounds the male is larger and weights 33 pounds as of July 2009. The sad and depressing this is I thought Sarah was a nice person at first when she was trying to sell me the dogs I told her how I'm 30 yrs old I'm very sick I have some major health problems and I do not leave the house other then to the doctors , that I wanted these 2 teacup Chihuahuas to give me company something to love and spend time with and the reason I wanted a very small dog with short hair is so I can pick them up and hold them that I cant have a long haired dog because with my hands I cant brush them and take care of a long haired dog properly. I had even paid for these dogs through paypal and paypal could not and would not help at all after talking to them many time they were saying there's nothing they can do. I have letters from the vets saying the dogs are not purebreds at all , and that all AKC papers have been falsified and that they don't know if the vet papers are false as well as the papers seem to be describing a totally different dogs as well. I've never gotten my money back from Sarah and I'm out more vet casts just proving they aren't purebred to Sarah and she just says there's no guaranties on size shape or colors, all I could do was laugh. The dogs didn't even have tattoos or micro chipped. AS I'm sure you know I pay for AKC pups but cant register them to my name since they aren't purebred. I worry how many dogs are out there now from this lady Sarah Phelps and how many mix dogs are now registered with the AKC because of these bad breeders I still don't want her to get away with this its so wrong and to even think I confided in her about my disabilities and that she can do this to any one at all but to a disabled person this makes me sick .

I want to warn that with my situation there was another breeder involved that was working with Sarah and I relieved papers about her Kennel in with all the papers sent on the plane shipping the Kennels name and owners is GOODMAN KENNELS owner Tammy Goodman, Waskom, TX. 903 687 3899,email tammydale@eastex.net and Then Teacup Kings owner Sarah Phelps 413 652 4479, 2 emails she used sunshinebear21@yahoo.com and pompuppieluv@rock.com .

I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, and that these people can be stopped. I have kept all files and detailed report of this whole event from the start all emails and responses I'm willing to work with others who have been scamed and hurt by these people , THank you

i think meanpeople from ny is sara. anyone that promises a registered teacup is lying. AKC does not recognize teacup. there is miniature and standard. teacup is not an official breed size. i breed what you would call teacup Yorkie, but AKC recognizes them as Yorkshire Terriers.

Hi, I have been scamed by Sarah Phelps too, I want to get ahold with you and exchange stories, I'm sure working together we can get our money back, I'm filing a lawsuit.

I must say i too was weary of online transactions,they were wonderful!
iam the one who saw this and informed them and i also know a slander Suit has begun againist this crazy women,1st off she paid i believe 200 dollars for a pup which was not even ready to leave until a month or so later,so shes not even entitled to a pup at this point. It was A small deposit,cause as they did with me,they were willing to accept a payment plan.They not only worked with me but also have me great tips,we have stated in touch ever since! i would be more then happy to call,send photos and or speak with anyone to argue this! My babygirl has been happy and healthy,from arrival date until now,we too paid via paypal she arrived on time and in great shape.I felt like i had to say something,cause calling someone a scumbag is harsh,i happen to know they work for a living,and also was informed again this was all over a 200 dollar deposit so 1st that does not entitle you to a dog,2nd off the FUNDS WERE RETURNED!!!
THATS THE FUNNY PART,THE LITTLE DEPOSIT WAS RETURNED,AND YOU BET THEY TOLD ME THEY KEPT THE RECIPT ,TRACKING # AND ALL.It waa returned after this was posted but should now be removed,how can you call someone a fraud for a returned deposit? this women was not entitled to a dog nor her deposit even,i know most breeders state deposits are non refundable,this women changed her mind because they didnt call her enough,are you serious? i also know they even suggested to her look locally cause they knew she was needy and weary of online things,so again iam more then happy to take a stand for them,have never had a problem and notice paypal did nothing for her,it was a deposit!
i have had nothing but a great experience,and also would even reccommend them,i spoke with references they provided before buying so i know theres other happy people out there,who i think if need be would also take a stand,they even said this women sent emails,in a creepy harrasment ,stalker manner saying iam watching you?
its 2009 you cant say scary things like that to people,like i said we talk and have a great realtionship,no breeders are perfect ,theres some with sickly pups,pups that die,pups that are thosands of dollars and yet all this cause someone didnt want to call someone or couldnt call someone on her disred day she acts mental and makes threats and she was refunded so theres no grounds to even say the word fraud at all,money was returned to be nice,other breeders because someone changed there mind due to lack of phone conversations would probally have said screw you,so she got her money and should leave this people alone!

What exactly was the agreement between the two of you? Is the puppy requested born yet? Too young to leave? Too small to leave? There are just so many questions here. All's we know is she has not gotten back to you in the time frame you desire. Exactly what were pay-pal's reasons for denying your request? I would also like to note, be wary of those whom use the term teacup to enthusiastically, and do not give an explanation of the truth and health problems with this tiny size, though I am unaware of this person's procedure.
