I purchased an Android Tablet from this Ebay seller in October.
I received a defective tablet. Got an RMA and returned it. Company sent a replacement.
The replacement was lost in the mail. When it was finally established that the package could not be found by USPS, it was ONE day past the 45 protection provided by Ebay and PayPal. I requested a replacement, and company denied.
I was out my purchase price, and the only "remedy" offered by company (against which I no longer had leverage via Ebay/PayPal) was to pay 1/2 and receive another. They claimed that since the loss was not their fault, that they and I should "split the loss" of the tablet. I reluctantly paid half, not wanting to be out my full purchase price.
Company did not send tracking info for replacement until 2 requests by me and a week's time. Tracking info shows that they printed label only but have never released the tablet to the shipper.
Do not buy from this company. As soon as they know you cannot get your money back or it's too late to leave poor feedback, they will not fulfill their promise and will rip you off for your money.
