Satori Hair & Body has had problems for years with customers complaining about poor service, incredible turnover, price-switching, and dirty conditions. Any customer who complains gets the same speech --"You didn't read the agreement!" And any employee who doesn't kiss the owner's ass is immediately fired for "unethical behavior". Some have even been erroneously accused of theft and other crimes.
I feel sorry for anyone who is taken in by Satori and Valerie Walters. Do your homework, people, before signing on the dotted line. Just because someone claims to be in business for many years does not guarantee quality service and good value.
