I agree with most of the complainants who have filed reports to voice their complaints about savemore.com. After almost two months of the same kind of bad cust. service and noone to answer I too decided to simply post the email correspondences between me and savemore.com which should be self-explanatory and enough to explain my situation which as I said earlier sounds like what 99% of the complainants have gone through.
You should note that I only received a one quick response from them (see emails below) and as you'd see that was after I had emailed and called their offices so many times before with no success.
Bottom line, I along with 99% of you here am left feeling duped and conned by them without an honest answer by anyone at savemore.com. Here's the emails:

shouldn't have waited until now but I
have had enough of this and I'll let my CC company handle this from
this point on. Though I'll make sure to voice my concerns and let my bad
experience be known on appropriate online forums. Thank you.

I've called at least 4 different time and each time I've had to be on
hold for over 15 min. only to get a voice-mail at the end asking me to
leave a message, which of course is a total waste since I've never
gotten a reply yet.
So this is it. I purchased Barnes & Nobles gift cards ($25 worth for
$15) back on 12/05/11 and based on the current status showing on your
website it is "redeemed" on 12/13/11 but have yet to receive it in mail.
Please check on the following voucher number
and have the courtesy to answer me back either by replying to this
