It sounds great but the products are crappy and there is absolutely NO customer support unless you want to give them a credit card number and PAY again for something that D-Link, Cisco, etc provide as part of the product service. They're rude (although by the time I was told the 3rd time I could pay for 'tech services' I was not a happy camper myself). Bottom line....buy a product you're familiar with and stay away from this kind of garbage. I was told to 'contact the manufacturer' (somewhere over in China) OR pay, pay, pay. I disconnected this piece of trash and will package and mail it back/ INSURED for a refund. Of course I imagine the package being opened constitutes damage so there will be a 15% restocking fee. Again, stay away from SaveologyTech and save yourself a lot of headaches. They're scammers!!
