charged continously for services that were supposed to be a one time fee of 1.00, also being charged twice by same company using two different names,charged twice in same month for 20.00 dollars or more , charges unexplainable, want to cancel but can only reach automated services,want help canceling and also rembursement, and to keep this from happening to others
