They praise you what a good deal you got. Then they put you on hold. Then they come back and said you happen to be a VIP and they offer you a great deal that will save you hundreds of dollars, for only $39.95.
After repeating myself at least 6 times, "I am not interested." They guy then tried to pitch me a $9.95 deal. And after some painful minutes explaining that I just want to get my gift card which I paid real money to purchase. The guy put me on hold for 30+ minutes. I finally hung up. I count the $5 lost. It's not worth me to stay on the phone and deal with their bull sxxx.
This is a real shame. SHAME SHAME SHAME on this people.
