Savon TV ripoff I recieved a damaged product, I have emailed and called but get no reply on how to return the item. Renton Washington

I also tried emailing to another address listed on their
site, but still have received no reply from this on either.
The cover of the machine was broken in several pieces,
apparantly during shipping, and it does not work. The
policy states the return has to be made within 30 days,
but they will not send any information on how to return
the item.
The only address I could find was on the shipping label.
