Saxon Victims! I will not tell my story, because it has been told over and over by all of you. I will not sight all the unscrupulous improprieties done daily to so many, by Saxon Loan Services. I will say it is intentional and their is a specific plan to dump all their files systematically very much like the run on wall street. If you read everyone's complaints none is very different from the other in that the goal is to ignore you wait you out to put you out! I believe this company to be COLLECTION AGENCY not a LOAN SERVICER.
They tout customer service is paramount, well take a look at NICE NEWS Feb. 2006 article featuring their Customer interaction program for Sandy Bartlett Asst. V.P., Quality assurance customer service Saxon Mtg., this article is all about the heartful customer inter action! I'm here to tell you I'TS NOT WORKING...
These thing are subdefuge. They Know the Game, They Play The Game, They Are The Game. I stumbled on this website and now I'm wracking my brain to somehow get us together with a Civil Litigation Attorney, these Attorneys due Class Action Law suits. An Attorney can get these files and contact those of us who has given permission. Start new reports keep your story alive and keep talking and calling anyone who will listen. Thank you CAT, Is that scare-die cat or caterpillar? Do you think I care if our litigation system gets rich off the LIKES of Saxon Mortgage Services Inc.,? I DON'T! However I do care how people and families are treated and I sill know where I live, the United States of America. Sometimes situations need to be brought to the attention of the people who can change them. You may be one of them for all I know, I don't know your story either. I got my backside covered so don't your worry and I know your opinionated self won't. I acknowledge your attempt to help everyone, including myself, see the light, however if our country depended on opinions such as yours we wouldn't have one. BA BY NOW! To those of you out there up against The Saxon, do one thing if only you do one thing.
Request in writing who the name of the ORIGINAL creditor is. This request must be in writing. Make yourself aware of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act. Sorry, I'm requesting a second thing. I have no clue what actually occured in your case. I do not know if you were behind and if so how many months because you do not say. I have no clue if you took out a bad loan or if you bought too much house.
My point is do you understand a class action will do you no good? If you have truely been wronged then get a real lawyer and sue them. That is the only hope you have here. A class action you no good. The only one that it helps is to make some lawyer rich! That is it. It always amazes me when there is a problem people scream " CLASS ACTION"! My question is too actually think about it and ask yourself what would that do? The answer is.........."absoluetly nothing".
So if they have actually wronged you in legal way then hire a lawyer to fight for your specfic case.
