Saxon unilaterally and illegally requested subprime to churn FEMA records with LOMA change within 5 days from Saxon's "wrongful non-existent map identification and flood classification" while billing subprime an unwarranted inflated premium with escrow insurance charge, late fees from unaccepted correct payments, and unwarranted property inspections fees.
Saxon's Texas and Virginia corporate locations allowed difficulties to evolve to point of possible foreclosure, etc. with refinancing difficulties and expense.
Saxon abuse through FEMA was documented to FEMA General Council and Dept. of Housing Inspector General. See complaint to Florida Dept. of Financial Services #CP20070700435 for abuse of subprime details.
