Scholastic Book Club Red Faced!! I am not going to pay for products I do not have! Jefferson City Minnesota

Scholastic Book Clubs Just changed their name .... I have a had a book club account with them for 10 years with no problems until now . I ordered a good amount of books in March . Scholastic books club stated that it was delievered to my house . On day I was not home . Scolastic is going by the invoice from Ups ! So they are stating that I have them . Which is not true . I emailed them many times explaining to them . They emailed me three invoices two of the are the books that I did order but never received them . One invoice is the amount of books I do have . I do not have the amount of books they are telling me I do have . I noticed they kept sending me a bill with a higher amount Then I owned . The noticed said Please pay this amount $ 552.20 . I did not get the books for that amount and I am not going to pay for products that I do not have . They placed my account with a collectiona agnecy . I have explained this to them and I my husband has . I would know if I had a product and I would pay for it . In speaking with the collection ageny . Which I have been working with no prolems . Scholastic keeps telling them and myself . That I have these books . I can not believe this I am the customer and I how dare them accused me of having something I do not have the nerve of them ! I could not believe this ! I am not going to pay that amount of books I do have . You don't have the product you don't for it .

At this time I am having the another problem with the same company . I ordered The New book of Knowledge of my children . Ok the invoice stated that I would pay a low amount example $ 25.00 . So I get a bill stating that they wanted $ 432.00 and some odd cents and they will send me the rest of the books . I am starting to believe that this company loves to rip off there good customers .I also at the point where I don't even want to see a scholastic book in my house nor will let my children get from school . I will boycott Scholastic book clubs or what ever they changed their name too .

Not a happy customer ! Tried of getting ripped off !!!!!!!
