Schuykill Valley Airport Shuttle Unacceptable & Terrible Service Reading, Pennsylvania

On 1/9/2013 had paid reservation with SCHUYKILL VALLEY AIRPORT SHUTTLE for pick up at Philadelphia airport for car service to Reading.   Spoke with their driver 1 hour 6 minutes prior to scheduled arrival of 8:49 PM.  He never arrived.  Upon Arrival four phone calls were made to Schuykill Valley Shuttle driver,  giving  EXACT location as to pick up location at Terminal A East of Philadelphia Airport.  He refused to answer his phone and did not call  back.   Company phones were called

and had to leave messages also. At approximately 10PM  another car service was located  to get ride to Reading (At almost triple original price).   Called Schuykill valley next two days for explanation and refund; again was able to leave message only.  A letter Was sent to company 1/11/13 and have had no response nor refund. VERY Unaccepatble to say the least. Do Not Recommend under any circumstances.
