Delivery is always late. They are terrible at communication and at keeping deliverys organized. Pull random information out of there assses and have terrible phone customer service.

Organization is not there strongest with information. I feel abbused and feel like my information is in danger.

We, and several of our friends have been satisfied customers of Schwan for years.

The products are excellent - prices are a little high to pay for quality and home delivery but that's our choice.

The people have always been prompt, efficient, polite and a joy to deal with.  Even our dog likes them.

 

I expect this if filed by a disgruntled employee.  Just a guess.
