GOT BILLED AGAIN FOR 15.99 on 7/2 and 8/2-07..AT WHICH TIME I CALLED 888-434-0055 TALKED TO ROBERT ( IN INDIA) AND HE SAID THE ACCOUNT WASN'T CLOSED..HE'D CLOSE IT FOR ME AND THE 15.99 CHARGE FOR AUGUST WOULD BE BILLED NOW.(AS WE SPOKE) I PROTESTED ASKED FOR THE INFORMATION ON SAID COMPANY, WHEN ASKED WHY I WANTED THE INFO I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO CONTACT THE BBB.....WAS PUT ON HOLD AND THEN TOLD THAT THE ACCOUNT WOULD BE CLOSED AND THERE WOULD BE A 15.99 CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT FOR ONE MONTHS REFUND..HE COULD NOT GET ME MORE THAN THAT..WAS GIVEN STILL ANOTHER COMFORMATION #.
AS OF TODAY MY LAST WEEKS PAY-CHECK IS GOING FOR ALL THE OVERDRAFT CHARGES INCURRED ON MY ACCT SINCE THIS WEEKEND PASTED...I'M NOW LEFT WITHOUT FUNDS FOR A WEEK TO LIVE ON AND HAD THE $15.99 AUGUST CHARGE BEEN REFUNDED A.S.P. I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM...I WAS NOT TOLD THIS WOULD TAKE DAYS 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO CREDIT BACK TO MY ACCT. I COULD HAVE COVERED THIS HAD I KNOWN THEN
