I ordered two DVDs on 9/22/2012 and have not received them as of 10/30/2012. Seller advised me on 10/11 that they "should ship soon" and that I could "request a refund at any time" if I didn't want to wait. I requested a refund on 10/14 and again on 10/17, but received no reply and no refund.
