On 9/15/09 I helped my uncle order a ts11 trike from sunny sports inc. He is 80yrs old he bought this scooter trike so he would still be able to ride. We picked up the scooter at the freight depot here in NH. We took it home and put it together making sure we did it right. It was time for a road test and from the begening the rear axle started to slip and chatter real bad. So we checked it out. I was not sure this was the problem so I took it to a repair shop here in NH. He confirmed the rear axle was the problem. IT then took him 4 weeks to get a response. But to sunny sports credit they did send a new rear axle. two weeks later. The repair shop road tested it and then called me to pick it up. I got it home thinking it was alright we rode it less then 5 miles and the same problem happened again. the rear axle. As far as I can tell this is a factory defect. So what do I do now . I have called tech. support 4times to be put on a call back Iam still waiting. I Sent 3 emails Iam still waiting. the last email was to inform them my next move is to contact the CA. AG. The AG office did respond to my complaint saying that they will try to establist communication between the two parties involved. There is no reason for any of this Bull. Sunny sports needs to get there" Ass "in gear and help to resolve not just my problems but all the people who give them there Money to buy there products . I think a class action suit is in there future.
