I paid $1 for a credit report back in September and have been billed $19.95 per month for 5 months for services (?) that I don't even know what they are. I have requested a full refund, but of course that request has been denied. The only contact for the corporate offices, if they exist, is a fax machine, powerless customer service #, and an address. There is no phone number for anyone other than their call center. These people should be put out of business.
