Scoresense Will not refund my money Internet
I used this service and I was happy with it at first. I am a college student and I notice that I didn't get my financial aid and decided to cancel all my memberships. I had delayed calling scoresense till sunday afternoon. I had call customer service and I was told that they cancel my membership as per my request then I ask for a refund because they billed me a day early.
Today I want to check my email and they didn't approved my requset becasue they said that they billed me. How can you not refund someone's money if they just got billed on the sameday they called. I am so upset with this company that I will never use their service again. They use salespeople that want to get people's money. I told the guy on the phone that I can not afford any money coming out because of school and they just don't care. Very bad business people.
