I signed up for a 'free' trial period with Scoresense.com which expired 10/21/2012.  On the morning of 10/21/12, I attempted to call to cancel the subscription but could not get through until after 12 pm Central time.  At this time, I cancelled the subscription & received a confirmation email that the subscription was cancelled.

However, when I checked my bank account on Monday, I saw a charge for $29.95 for the subscription that was cancelled.  I immediately called again...I was told that the free trial period ended at 11:20 a.m. and that I had called to cancel the subscription after that time.  I explained that I was unable to get through.  The gentleman that I spoke with on Monday said that he will submit a request or refund with that explaination and that I should have my refund by Thursday.

When I checked my bank account today, Thursday, I saw that I did receive a refund...$1, that I had paid at the beginning of the free trial period.  Once again, I called...this time, I was informed that my request for refund of the $29.95 was denied because I cancelled after the expiration of the 'free trial period'.  (I cancelled approximately 45 minutes after the expiration because that was the first that I was able to get through to Scoresense on the phone).

At this point, I asked to speak to a supervisor, 'Josh', who in response to my explanation of why I couldn't call prior to the expiration time was that I could have called on Saturday!  I said, well then that would make it only a 6 day trial period.  'Josh' said that he would re-submit my request for a refund with my explanation and that I would receive an email from them prior to the end of business today.  As of this moment, I have not received any confirmation or email whether or not they will refund.  I simply want my $29.95 for a service that I am not subscribed to.

This company clearly scams people who really cannot afford it....
