The service is supposed to be a credit report for $1.00 and you are automatically signed up for a monthly $29.95 credit monitoring/ID protection/etc. unless you cancel the account within 7 days. I cancelled the account within 7 days, but was charged for the first month of service. A month later I was charged again, in spite of the fact that I had received an acknowledgement of cancellation from Scoresense themselves.

When you call, their customer support is horrible. The email response for customer care looks fully automated to reject any refund request, phone support is infuriating as they tell you you can't speak with the billing department, and the front line people have no ability to recify your issues.

DO NOT USE SCORESENSE SERVICE FOR CREDIT REPORTS OR CREDIT SCORES!!
