My story is the same as everyone elses. This company took a one dollar charge for a one time look at my credit report and then began charging my card without permission. I checked the website offer throoughly and never agreed to join or pay 29./mo fee.
Because of Scoresense my account became overdrawn and I incto stop them incurred an additional 27.$ in fees. In order to stop them I was forced to change my accounwot numbers.
When I spoke to them they lied to me by telling me they would seek to refund my money and cancell my account. Two weeks later they had only refunde $1.00
Their staff have an answer for everything and refuse to give out any contact information at all. When you question them they place you on hold.
My bank reffered to them as scammers that cause a lot of problems. They are well known by banks. It is sad they do this to honest people. The government knows what they are doing and has yet to take action.
I'd like them to make right what they have done by refunding all money and fees. I suppose they sit in their offfices and laugh at the people who placed trust in them. I'd also imagine they are fully capable of being involved in identity theft crimes and are selling personal data, I have no reason to think otherwise since they have so severely abused me. Beware I say and hopefully the news media will be following up on this.
I am available for interviews by the media, law enforcement, or attorney's interested in putting together a class action.

Scoresense knows exactly who i am. They can refund the money charged my account, $29, and the charges incurred for overdraft, $27, anytime they like. My name is Joseph S. Shields. When and if this happens i'll report it to RippOff Report. If they want to email me after they do this they can. I'll be the first to report it. Oh, yes...an apology and promise to not do this to others would be nice.

There was no small print. None. It's taken me a month and several times ive been told my account has been cancelled to no avail. This company is built on giving people the run around. They probably laugh at those they bilk. When they make a full refund of money stolen and charges generated as result of this national scam...a scam so big that Kredit Karma is running a national television commercial joking about it, when they do this ill update my ripp off report. Promise, but until then you have to be suspect of people filing rebuttals on here to defend them. My bank says they are the biggest offender of their ilk. As i said in my ninitial report i suspect they are involved in identity theft. The one dollar charges serves only one purpose and that is to steal your account data so they can run up charges. No credible business would NEED to do this. A SCAM this big needs national attention and attention from the FBI.

I too was seeking credit when I was referred to Scoresense. I was reluctant because of the $1.00 fee and then recurring fee of $29.95. Small print said that the $29.95 would only be a recurring charge if not cancelled within 7 days. I proceeded got the credit score and then cancelled their services the next day. People need to read the small print!
