He has managed to elude authorities by using aliases and registering businesses in the names of individuals who know nothing of his dealings. When confronted with peculiar or questionable transactions he manages to deflect blame and will often lash out against any party who will challenge him by attempting to discredit them with lies and other inflammatory allegations.
He has been know to seduce and use charismatic charm to gain the support of wealthy, powerful and prominent individuals, who should also beware of his tactics. He is known well for his real estate dealings, but what most do not know is that he is manipulating homeowner's to sign over Warranty Deeds. With the help of his sister, Traci C. Garner, he is reselling property with or without clear titles.
Anyone approached about business with this man should spend a little extra to do a NATIONWIDE criminal record search AND civil record search.

In addition, his sister Traci Carter Gardner works for a realtor; she closed on one property on October 31, 2012, but the deed wasn't release until November 1, 2012, and another property December 4, 2012, but Chase Bank DID NOT release the deed until December 20, 2012, that's not possible, right?
Could someone please look into this matter as soon as possible, before he Ripoff some other homeowners association and/or an homeowner?
