Corporate Advocacy Program™
He did no accounting work in relation to my personal and business finances. He did not recommend a personal property accounting. He did not recommend an inspection of my credit charge accounts. He did not recommend an inspection of my safety deposit boxes. He got a "drive by" appraisal of my residence so all improvements inside and in the rear yard were not included. He recommended an arbitration and rushed through the proceeding. He had me sign a "Non modifiable spousal maintenance" clause. This is the most insane clause I have ever been tied to. He never had an employment counselor do a report as far as my future earning abilities. He had me sign off on the arbitration the moment it concluded.
This guy is one useless attorney!

POSTED: Friday, September 07, 2012If anyone is considering using Scott Midgley for their attorney, just ask Scott for my information and I will prepare a 15 minute presentation in person or by email of his handling of my divorce. After you spend 15 minutes looking at my explanation with powerpoint docs, you can decide for yourself (or with Scott's help) if he is the attorney you want to engage. 15 minutes can save you a lifetime of misery.

A six year old unfounded complaint??
AUTHOR: Scott K. Midgley - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, September 17, 2009
POSTED: Thursday, September 17, 2009A Decree of Dissolution was entered in Mr. Wilenchiks divorce six years ago in September 2003, ending a 31 year marriage. Mr. Wilenchiks interests were fully protected and Mr. Wilenchik, after an extensive mediation/arbitration proceeding, freely and voluntarily, without duress or coercion, signed a Settlement Agreement that had been thoroughly explained to him. My involvement in Mr. Wilenchiks case ceased shortly after the Decree of Dissolution was entered in 2003.
Unfortunately, Mr. Wilenchik did not comply with the terms of his Decree of Dissolution and according to the public record, he was found in contempt of court by the Maricopa County Arizona Superior Court in April 2007 for failing to pay his ex-wife $70,000.00 in court-ordered spousal maintenance. (http://www.courtminutes.maricopa.gov/docs/Family%20Court/042007/m2635759.pdf) For Mr. Wilenchik to now post a June 2009 complaint about my representation seems very untimely and with suspect motivations.
