3: He is an alien observing us earthlings
4: He is not tall enough to reach the candy counter
5: He is a figment of someones imagination
6: He joined the french foreign legion
7: He lost his check book?
8: He lost his Bazooka Joe membership card and is beside himself
9: He is in the mist of a psychotic break thru
10: He is a Publishers Clearing house winner and is just waiting by the door for the check to arrive so he can pay another adult to splurge his money since the entire US states already KNOWS not a dime need go to the child/heir but instead to the legal guardian for nail care, hair braiding, or pedicures. (major run on sentence, but quite necessary!)
The above is for humor sake and to bring to light the reality that the OP never gave proof of non payment or court order.
